the room was ready when i arrived at 2 pm. i got an upgrade to a high floor with a spacious balcony and a bottle of wine (such a tender touch!). a late checkout at 12 pm was offered to me. i dined at original joe's restaurant on the ground floor, very convenient.
the pool was clean, but the water could have been warmer.

the front desk staff demonstrated efficiency during my check-in process. the team accommodated my request to extend my stay with genuine pleasure (i extended it because i did not want to leave!). the staff was friendly and helpful.

The suite offered plenty of space and included essential amenities (such as a microwave and mini-fridge). Check-in was quick, and the staff efficiently handled my early arrival. I appreciated the proximity to many attractions. The included breakfast was a plus, offering enough choices to start the day well.
It would be good to get this sorted to further enhance the stay.

loud air conditioningbaggage holding fee
i found a couple things disappointing. the air conditioning made a racket. it sounded like a garbage disposal trying to digest silverware! also, they wanted money to hold my bags after checkout. i think that is kind of tacky, honestly.

the hotel had a super location, near many amenities. the staff were also friendly when i checked in. i especially liked the city views from the room, even on the 4th floor.
The hotel is getting very tired. The gym leaves a lot to be desired. there were only old treadmills available. the hotel charged money to hold my bags after checkout which was unexpected.
